These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the golf simulator and related services provided by Traveling Tees Golf (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • 1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or promotions.

  • 1.2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


2. Use of Services

  • 2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • 2.2. Reservations: Reservations are recommended to ensure availability.

  • 2.3. Code of Conduct: We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your session without a refund.

  • 2.4. Equipment: Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur repair or replacement costs.


3. Payment and Cancellation

  • 3.1. Pricing: Prices for our services are as stated on our website or in our facility and are subject to change without notice.

  • 3.2. Payments: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or before using our services. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

  • 3.3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.


4. Privacy

  • 4.1. Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information.


5. Miscellaneous

  • 5.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • 5.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where our services are located.

  • 5.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  • 5.4. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Traveling Tees regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
