We value the time of every client. To ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible, we ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the appointment type you selected. If you miss or fail to show up to the appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of your selected booking type.
